Hi chibi-fans!
First of all: sorry for the problems that  recently occurred in the group!  We're getting a huge group (we currently have 1057 members! Thank you all for joining! *o* ) and our staff members can't manage all the deviations submitted so... we need new staff members! If you think you'd like to help us to keep on spreading chibi love read below!
Also, when new staff members will be decided I will post another journal telling all the people whose submissions expired to re-submit them. Sorry again! >_<



The Group is looking for a few more Staff members

We will ask you to please consider that this is a position of great responsibility and dedication to the Group and its Members, so please, think carefully before sending your application in

Your responsibilities will include:
Voting on submissions from members. It can take up to 20 minutes on a crowded day, to go through all the submissions from the previous 24 hours;
Commenting on member submissions, in case of questions about rejection, explaining why the piece was rejected;
Giving Group members critiques on their work, if they request them;
Organizing contests in the name of the Group and hosting them well;
Being active in the Groups backroom, coming up with ideas for the Group and responding to other Staff members' ideas;
Other stuff which is written in small print so you can't read it, heh!

If you think you have the time and disposition to take on all this, then send a note to the Group mentioning why you want to be a staff member *take care that any notes saying "cause eet'z cool!!11" will be rejected * , the time you can dedicate per day/week to #Chibi-Fans , your previous experience with chibis *which is a must, since you will have to be able to appreciate correctly if a submission is meeting our Gallery standards or not*, any previous experience with groups and...whatever llamas you think are worth mentioning when it comes to chibis&you xD

As we curretly have 3 active staff members it may take days (or maybe a couple of weeks) before you get a reply to your note, please be patient!
